Our nursing services are operated by experienced registered nurses and performed by enrolled endorsed nurses, enrolled nurses and assistant nurses in the comfort of your own home. Registered nurses can provide care plans that are based on a thorough examination that identifies your health conditions, the level of care required, and the appropriate medical interventions needed. If there is an issue with your care and your GP is unavailable, ournurses have access to our own in-house GP for clarification and guidance.
Our nurses can be in charge of the following:
- Would care - General, Acute, Chronic & pressure dressings including complex wound care
- Alternative Feeding methods - we can aide and manage PEG Feeding and NASO Gastric feeding
- Weight management
- Chronic disease management
- Health assessments
- Provide care in junction with your GP
- Medication management
- Catheter care
- Registered Nurse assessments
- Overnight Nursing care
- Wound Drain management/removal (open/closed suction)
- Cannulation
- Welfare checks
- Bowel care
